Real-Time Haircards - Ponytail

Investing limited time and stepping out of comfort into new subjects can lead to significant personal and professional growth.

In the Ponytail project, I discovered the value of trusting my foundational artistic skills, such as understanding volume, shapes, lighting, and presentation. While new techniques and workflows are important, they can be applied to a solid foundation in these fundamental concepts.

Despite my difficulty with organic subjects and a lack of time, the project taught me the importance of dedicating even small amounts of daily time to learning new skills and workflows. With only 3 hours per day, I was able to create a significant amount of work and learn valuable new techniques.

This experience reinforced the importance of stepping out of one's comfort zone and consistently investing time in unfamiliar subjects, as the results can be surprising.
