Artisan Residence Building - Workflow Study

During my internship at Ubisoft in 2008, I had the opportunity to contribute to Anno 1404, where I gained valuable insight into environment production workflows. Now, years later as a more experienced artist, I wanted to challenge myself by recreating a full residential building inspired by the Artisan Residence from Anno 1800.
This project allowed me to apply production pipelines and techniques that I was only beginning to understand during my internship decades ago.

The asset was developed for Unreal Engine, with an LOD0 using around 23,000 triangles and 3–4 texture sets. The focus was on creating a production-oriented workflow suitable for an RTS environment where I balanced visual quality with scalability and performance considerations.
